The Company was found in the year 2000 by Mr. Sumit Gupta. Mr. Gupta studied Design & Engineering and Business.

Initial Concept Meeting
The first step of our building process is a meeting between the builder, designer and client.
Documentation
Once the design concept and selections have been finalised, a cost of the project is achieved.
Planning Approval
Our building process also involves lodging drawings with the Local Authority.
The Building Process
This is where Grange Residential and Construction come into our own. Our point difference is the small size.
Working Drawings
After the concept has been approved by the Local Authority, the plans are converted into working drawings.
Completion
We know the building process will be as quick and easy as possible with such an experienced team at the helm.
